Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the InfotechZone website, demos, and content.
Last updated: 15 July 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using infotechzone.in (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.
2. What the Site is
The Site presents information about InfotechZone's services and products, hosts live demos, and publishes technical content. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular result.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or our demos to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Site's availability (including scraping at a rate that degrades service).
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or abusive.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label our products or demo systems.
- Use our name, logo, or content in a way that implies endorsement or partnership.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to contact@infotechzone.in rather than disclosing it publicly.
4. Demo access
We publish shared demo environments with public credentials so you can evaluate our work. These demos are provided as-is for evaluation only. They are shared with other visitors, are reset periodically, and carry no uptime commitment. Do not enter real, personal, confidential, or production data into any demo — anything you enter may be visible to others and will be deleted without notice.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text, graphics, and logos are owned by InfotechZone or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share our published content with attribution and a link back. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party trademarks and technology names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
6. Client engagements
These Terms cover the Site only. Any project we deliver for you is governed by a separate, signed agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement — which sets out scope, fees, timelines, IP assignment, confidentiality, and support. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls. Pricing, timelines, and estimates shown on the Site are indicative and are not contractually binding until confirmed in writing.
7. Your submissions
When you send us an enquiry, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential information before a non-disclosure agreement is in place — we cannot treat unsolicited submissions as confidential.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Disclaimer
The Site and demos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfotechZone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site — including demos — at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Contact
